College meeting Kevin R. presiding Attendance: Bobby Kettenacker, Sam Clemons, Jay Rickels, Brooklyn Steel Tate, Gene Sell, Tom Wherry, Kevin Raleigh, Ginger Snap, Greg Barker, Mike Burke, Poison Ivy, Michael Connley, Truly Scrumptious, Kathy King, Krystal Kurler, Jim Smith, Bob Gilbert and Roberta Bigg. Kathy King - can you explain the College and the duties of? At the last town hall there were 2 Colleges expressed. Kevin responded with the purpose of the College. Michael Connley this is something Jim Smith brought up the Treasurer's Report and that not all the College members see the report. Ginger will send an e-mail to the entire College of Monarchs copying Michael so that he has everyone's e-mail address. Truly revisiting her title and not having it and asked that this please be revisited and a formal answer given her. Kevin suggests that a scheduled meeting be put in place to discuss the issue in full. Truly stated that this is the problem our procedures get in the way. The kind of meeting is irrelevant. Just have the meeting. Jim what we did not do in the beginning is follow the exact procedure and we didn't. Truly you need to send hard copy letter to the College, not an e-mail. Within 30 days that meeting needs to be scheduled so that everyone can pull their paperwork and thoughts together. A full College vote will take place in private and then a return submittal back to Truly. In the outcome is not in your favor, you (he believes) that you can revisit the issue. Sam Are you referencing the petition of appeal? That pertains to denial but in Truly's case. Jim everything that was done was by e-mail and the vote was called by College members in attendance and rightfully so in his opinion. The entire College should be included in everything, both in-town and out-of-town. The vote was called by the College members in attendance not the entire College but this doesn't mean it will change anything. Truly so is this what I need to do? Roberta are you asking for the title or entrance into the College? The membership elected not the College. I don't believe that is a College issue. Sam I've had the same question posed to me, even from Roberta. Brooklyn have Truly write the letter and do the membership meeting with a 30 day notice. Truly all titles were resigned only not my membership. Is getting my title back mean getting back into the College. Jim that is two separate issues. Kevin the Court needs to heal and part of the healing process and some of this seems a little to convoluted to me. To make sure Truly has the opportunity to be treated with fairness and respect. Kathy does she need to address both the College and the BOD in her letter? Can this just be done once with doing this? Two separate issues but this way it can be done in one meeting. Kevin the in the interest of everyone knowing what is going include both parties. Sam moving away from this I have two questions that Ray Bessee requested reinstatement into the College, twice. I don't recall any meeting or discussion in regards to this. With Sylvia all this posted on ImpChat and if it wasn't that is not what the by-laws state. If she was put on probation when was it announced? I didn't see anything after so there is no follow up on that. If he hasn't been reinstated into the College I don't see anything in the minutes for the BOD minutes. Jim it was during the time of me being College Representative. He (Ray) needed to send us a letter by U.S. Mail. I never received a letter. Truly Just to be fair he (Ray) has resigned a hundred times. Sam if we are trying to correct things he has never been denied. Bob he retired. Jay if Ray wants to approach us let Ray approach us. Kathy how did people know the process? Shouldn't members know this? Sam meeting minutes of the College should be submitted to the BOD. Gene Kathy has a valid point that the general membership you never see anything of this in the newsletter. Alert the membership what is going on. Update the membership on what is going on. Kevin whether or not the like it they are informed. Gene I'm computer ilerate and I don't want one. I had to call around to find out about today's meeting. Ginger to answer your question Gene it was posted in the newsletter about Truly and Roberta. Mike B. - if someone wants to contact Sylvia and Ray that is up to them. Roberta if she was just suspended then why didn't she come back in? Tom Sylvia did show for a meeting and she was put on probation hoping that we were going to come up with an answer on what happened about the evidence presented. Another meeting was called which Sylvia did attend and the decision that we would file charges against her and she was removed her from the College. Mike B. - this was right after we stepped up when that happened. Krystal -there were minutes that she did pay back some. Sam that she was paid back in full. Tom Sam you have yet to see anything in regards to the evidence. I don't care if you disagree but you need to see the facts. Roberta I have not seen anything that an audit committee that there was so much was messed up. How can one person be the scape goat for many people discrepancies? Kathy,- that was pretty much it. Michael Sylvia was the one making the deposits during the Reign sometimes weeks after the shows had taken place. She did not turn in records after requests. Sylvia was to blame. Roberta - Sylvia the audit committee couldn't pin point everything on her. Michael she co-mingled funds. It is embezzlement. Jim Roberta your dealing with 2 separate issues one of $460 that she admitted that she had done it. She bought items she was not authorized to purchase and charged things to the Court that she was authorized to do so. That was the reason of the audit. I spent nearly a year going through everything. This Reign is unauditable. Membership meeting to determine to take her membership and the membership said no. She could keep her membership. Mike B. Sylvia needs to initiate the meeting to obtain her college membership. She has not done so as of yet. Sam Original question was-was she removed from the college? There was no formal answer to anyone membership or college members. Kathy-resents that she was the only one considered to have not agreed with the audit committee. Pulls back from arguing with Greg Barker. Sylvia's issues were long standing. Ginger-we know the issues with Sylvia and if you want to see the evidence. Just ask! Mike C.-the things that happened in the past leave them in the past. Either give them the titles back or tell them tough. They can either get on board or move on. It doesnt serve anyone to keep revisiting the issues. Why do you want your titles back? Who does it serve? Kathy-what consequences are done with an emperor or empress who is brought up on issues by the college? Tom-the proof is in the pudding. Show the facts. The steps have been taken to deal with the issues. We need to be transparent. But we are not someones momma to spoon-feed someone to the end. Need to be involved in the good or bad. Take responsibility for being involved. Bobby-Coronation meeting next Sunday. TBA (That meeting has been scheduled at 1 p.m. on Sunday October 19th. An e-mail was submitted to the College and BOD requesting their attendance). Notes taken by Ginger Snap & Brooklyn Steele-Tate
