College of Monarch's Meeting Minutes

College members in attendance: Ginger, Kevin, Charity, Tom, Greg, Bobby K., Jay, Jim, Angela, Sam, Mike, Gypsy, and Christina

Others in attendance: Kathy, BOD President and Mike C., BOD Treasurer

Tom read the Purpose of the College

1. Assign College Members to list of responsibilities for Coronation weekend – Bobby K.

Protocol and Ticket Sales – Mike C. and Greg Clean up – Tom, Greg, and Bobby Out of Town Show Door – Mike C. and Christina In Town Show Line up - Christina

2. Assign a College Member (s) to be responsible for collecting Regalia and flags/poles, and taking them to Rosie’s for storage, in an organized manner.

Bobby K. will collect and deliver all regalia to Rosies, including flags and poles. Additionally, he and Christina will organize and inventory what has been retrieved.

We are still in need a Pride flag

3. Discuss possible storage facilities

Ginger – why do we need to pay for something when we can use Rosie’s for free?

Board Records are the primary concern Tom commented that records are fine as they are Kathy suggested plastic tubs for record storing Tom suggested that we storage inventory should be checked at least twice each year Bobby believes that it’s just a matter of keeping things organized, but believes that no one is bothering our materials All BOD records need to be moved to upstairs at Rosie’s Tubs will be discussed at next College Meeting

4. Determine new College Representative to the Board of Directors

Christina Blake – Reign VI was the first say that she would accept the responsibility

5. Determine need to meet with new Monarchs

Schedule meeting with new Monarchs after they step up and before Investitures - Christina (We will meet with them just tthrough investitures, and then on an as needed, to be determined by them, basis)

6. Discuss possible dates for first Quarter College Meeting

This will be determined when we meet with the new Reigning Monarchs

7. Any other business for the good of the order

Anniversary fund money will go back into the amount to be donated to the designated charities, if the decade monarchs decide not to accept a crown/medallion.

Meeting was adjourned at 3:52 p.m. by Ginger, College Rep. to the Board of Directors
