Represents the ISQCCBE as administrative liaison to
local community groups ·
Fields questions/concerns from the ISQCCBE Membership ·
Must be a dues-paying Cincinnati Court Member in good
standing ·
Must have attended six (6) General Membership Meetings
in the past twelve (12) months ·
Must have been a dues-paying Court member for the last
twelve (12) months and in good standing ·
Must possess or have access to a computer ·
Designates the recipient of the monthly
"Distinguished Order of the Buckeye Empire Award" (DOBE) and
arranges for the preparation and presentation of DOBE awards ·
Should be familiar with Roberts Rules of Order for
conducting efficient meetings ·
Should be familiar with the current ISQCCBE Bylaws ·
Should possess excellent communication skills ·
Should be in possession of an active e-mail account ·
Should attend at least one Court show per month ·
Utilizes specialized software (such as Microsoft
Publisher or Microsoft Word) to prepare newsletters ·
Prepares monthly "Court's Community News"
publication ·
Distributes monthly "Court's Community News"
publication ·
Works closely with the Membership Chairperson to
ensure that accurate Membership labels are generated ·
Presides over Board of Directors Meetings when the
President is unavailable ·
Must have attended at least three (3) General
Membership Meetings in the past twelve (12) months ·
Must have been a dues-paying Court member for the last
twelve (12) months in good standing ·
Must possess or have access to a computer ·
Should be familiar with Roberts Rules of Order for
conducting efficient meetings ·
Should be familiar with the current ISQCCBE Bylaws ·
Should be in possession of an active e-mail account ·
Should attend at least one Court show per month ·
Utilizes specialized software (currently Quicken) to
track all monetary aspects of the ISQCCBE's activities, including q

funds deposited/withdrawn relate to various Court activities (i.e.
Membership Account, Coronation, General Fund, Anniversary Fund) ·
Reconciles Court financial records with Bank records ·
Files annual tax reports such as 990-EZ and
990-EZ-Schedule A by May of each year ·
Provides monthly and after each reign a financial
report that includes a breakdown of total expenses, income, total gross
and total net. The November report will show the final expenses, income,
total gross, and total net of the past reign. ·

maintain an accurate record of the ISQCCBE Membership ·
Ensures that ISQCCBE Membership records are kept
confidential by limiting distribution only to the Board of
Directors/College of Monarchs ·
Works closely with the Vice-President to ensure that
accurate Membership labels are created each month ·
Actively solicits new ISQCCBE Members ·
Sends out renewal letters to expired members ·
Must have attended at least three (3) General
Membership Meetings in the past twelve (12) months ·
Must have been a dues-paying Court member for the last
twelve (12) months in good standing ·
Provides Membership Forms to performers and other
Board of Directors members ·
Provides Membership Lists to Coordinators of all
Pageants ·
Provides Voting Lists for Monarchical and Board of
Directors elections ·
Must possess or have access to a computer ·
Should be in possession of an active e-mail account ·
Must notify the Board of Directors in the event an out
of territory membership application is received ·
Should attend at least one Court show per month It is
impossible for the ISQCCBE Bylaws to contain stipulations for every
situation. Answers to some question and concerns will rely on tradition,
common sense, good judgment and practicality in upholding and furthering
the goals and objectives of the Court. Therefore, incidents that arise
over issues not covered in the ISQCCBE Bylaws should be brought to the
Board for determination and decision, as should matters of by-laws
interpretations. In addition, the Board of Directors shall publish
event-specific or topic-specific guidelines/stipulations to supplement the
