President:  Kathy  reminded everyone that the by-law meeting would be held that Wednesday at 6:45 at the library.  The decision was then made to decide when the 2nd half of the bylaw meeting would be held at that meeting since so many changes were proposed.    She then asked for volunteers to help collect tips at the Comedy event and announced that the show was sold out for a total income of $3500.

Monarchs:  Calendar of events for the next month was reviewed.

Old Business:

Issues regarding all the lost photos on our website.  Michael Lakoff will be giving Mike Connley the information for other link sites to post photos.

Richard Foster wants his medallion for Mr Trailer Trash.  The issue that he and Roxanne have not raised the $500 required of the pageant winners was brought up.  It was put forth that we should go ahead and give him his medallion since Roxanne already has her crown.  Fighting with them about it was not worth the small amount of money we would spend for the medallion.

1st Priscilla

2nd Brooklyn

Dixie and Ginger Abstain - motion passed- Mike Burke will order the medallion.

Dennis is ready with the artwork for the t-shirts.  He will be getting the design to Mike Connley for formatting to jpeg and then giving the design to Bob Kettenacker to get to the t-shirt printer.

Della from PrideLove spoke to the room regarding the SpeedDating event at Bronz.  No investment on the Court’s part would be needed just an emcee or host/hostess.  Brooklyn accepted the spot.

Dixie brought up that Linda Ochs would like us to have a show or fundraiser to help support the Healing Weekend.  It was decided that we could do this as soon as the 501(c)3 certificate was received from Linda in order to follow IRS regulations.

Dixie also brought up that Robbie Howard would like us to provide bartenders and entertainers for an all day event at Bar Monet on May 31.  Even though alot of people would be in Buffalo, the go ahead was given by Priscilla.

Mike Burke re-capped the June 27th event at Adonis.  Krystal Kurler will be coordinating the opening number.  Bricks were costing $250. Ed Blevins will be handling the ticket sales - 300 total tickets available to benefit PFLAG and Equality Cincinnati - at a cost of $15 a piece.
