Minutes from the previous meeting were approved by all.

Thank you letters were sent to new performers.
A newsletter item was proposed to get new performers and their information.

June 14 Hoffner Park 4:00 – 10:00 pm
June 15 Hoffner Park 1:00 – 7:00 pm
Pride Lineup will be at 11:00 pm
Citybeat insert will happen June 11 – deadlines to get articles in will be May 19 – and will cover any days June 12-18 (any events for court)
Closing ceremony will be on Fountain Square
Planning Session will be held each 4th Tuesday of the month
Question/Answer sessions will be held the 3rd Saturday of the month
