Board of Directors/General Membership Meeting

In Attendance: Kathy King, Karen ,Simone Gregory, Owen Harper, Bobby Kettanacker, Priscilla Deville, Scott Helton, Gypsy Russell, Derek Hood, Jay Rickles, Mike Connley, Tom Wherry, Rick Bishop, Mike Burke, Ginger Snap, Jon Wagner, Mike Glassmeyer, Brooklyn Steele-Tate.

Call to Order: 7:10 pm

Amendment: Bobby Kettenacker was in attendance at the previous board meeting.

College Representative: Protocol changes will go to website and an appeal will be sent to Roberta Bigg

Truly Scrumptious Empress 13 did attend the Executive session meeting on and did provide money orders to Jay Rickles – President of the Board of Directors. The Money made at Spectrum will not go the court fund for credit but was divided amongst the 5 charities.

Coronation Events:

Tuesday – the PR’s will be hosting a Wine & Cheese party at Simon Says from 7:00 – 10:00 pm

Wednesday – the ICP’s will be hosting the Toast & Roast at Rosies Tavern from 6:00 – 9:00 pm. At 10:00 Empress Maria Delmonte from Toronto will be hosting a show at Shooters.

Thursday – In – Town Show will be at Jacobs on the Avenue starting at 8:00pm

Friday is the out of town show and the River Boat Cruise. Boarding begins at 6:30pm, costs is $20.00

August 8, 2006 is the deadline for hotel reservations

Labels are placed on the newsletter with the dates for renewals.

Change: 1/26/06 $20.00 was supposed to go to membership instead of Miss Queen City
